Terms of Service

Last updated: June 27, 2026

1. Overview

QED Signal ("we," "us," "our") provides trade alert notifications for XSP calendar spread options strategies via Discord. By creating an account or subscribing to our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

QED Signal delivers daily trade alerts for short calendar spreads on the XSP (Mini S&P 500 Index). The service includes:

  • One trade alert per trading day, delivered via Discord.
  • Access to the QED Signal Discord community.
  • Dashboard access to view strategy performance data.

Trade alerts include exact fills, strike prices, and expiration dates. We do not execute trades on your behalf. You are solely responsible for placing and managing your own orders.

3. Subscription & Payment

The QED Signal subscription costs $500 for a 90-day trial period. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If QED Signal does not generate a net profit during the first 90 calendar days of your subscription, you are entitled to a full refund of your $500. To request a refund under this guarantee, contact us within 7 days after the 90-day period ends.

Refund requests outside the scope of the money-back guarantee are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Risk Disclosure

Options trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for all investors.

  • Past performance is not indicative of future results.
  • You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
  • Multi-leg options strategies (including calendar spreads) carry additional risks, including the risk of assignment, margin calls, and losses exceeding your initial investment.
  • A misplaced order can result in significant, unintended losses.

You acknowledge that you have sufficient knowledge and experience in options trading, or that you will seek independent professional advice before acting on any trade alert.

5. Not Investment Advice

QED Signal is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. All trade alerts are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other form of advice.

You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. We recommend consulting with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

6. Account Requirements

To follow the QED Signal strategy, you will need:

  • A brokerage account that supports multi-leg options trading (e.g., Charles Schwab).
  • A minimum account balance of $50,000 to meet margin requirements for selling options.
  • Approval for Level 3+ options trading (ability to sell spreads).

7. User Responsibilities

By using QED Signal, you agree to:

  • Keep your account credentials secure and not share your login with others.
  • Not redistribute, resell, or share trade alerts with non-subscribers.
  • Not reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the website or Discord.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding securities trading.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on QED Signal — including the website, strategy descriptions, performance data, trade alerts, and branding — is the intellectual property of QED Signal. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QED Signal shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the service.
  • Any trades you place based on our alerts.
  • Service interruptions, delays, or errors in trade alerts.
  • Unauthorized access to your account.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
